Our hearts go out to all people in the US who have suffered loss or bereavement as a result of the terrible events of  Tuesday, which have left us all stunned and horrified. Please accept our deep felt condolences and sympathies for you all at this terrible time, from myself, the Chairman and everyone at Mansfield District Council. We have commenced a book of condolence which we will send to you in due course.

I hope and pray that none of our friends and acquaintances in Mansfield , Ohio were involved in these terrible acts of terrorism but know that you will all be in a similar state of shock to ourselves. Please convey our thoughts and concerns to your colleagues and let them know that you will all be in our thoughts in the days and weeks to come.
