Hanley Road/State Route 13 and Interstate 71

The continued development near the intersection of Hanley Road and State Route 13 has warranted roadway and intersection improvements to accommodate the additional traffic volume.
This project includes:
Widening the East side of South Main Street at Hanley Road to add an exclusive left and right turn lane onto Hanley Road.  
West Hanley Road at State Route 13 will be widened to add an exclusive through lane and left turn lane.
East Hanley Road at State Route 13 will be widened to include an exclusive through lane, left turn lane, and right turn lane.
A new traffic signal will be installed at the State Route 13/Interstate 71 South Bound Exit Ramp Intersection and the traffic signal at the State Route 13/Hanley Road Intersection will be replaced.

Construction began in early July 2011 and will continue through the middle of September 2011.  Motorists are encouraged to use caution through the construction zone.
